Does a dog whistle or bark control ultrasonic (different type collar) working through apartment walls?
My neighbor does not maintain their dogs barking in the early morning hours straight hours and I lose sleep since I heard the dogs can very clearly through the walls of our apartments and will not put out. I would not call someone like the police yet and I hope I do something that will solve the problem. I've seen dog whistles and interiors / External ultrasound devices to be when making a barking dog or manually. Do any of these jobs through the walls of an apartment? Are the walls are thin enough that when the dogs bark, seem to be in my apartment, but I also want something that is quite human and therefore has no idea I'm doing this. Any suggestions would be appreciated Thanks in advance!
I had the same problem with the dog downstairs. I tried a dog whistle, and the driver of the cortex and none of them worked. I even tried putting it outside the door of his apartment which is in my foyer and still collect their barking. I tried it on my dog just to see if it was not defective but the driver of the crust does not go away unless it was less than 2 meters of the dog. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but you're probably going to have to address the issue with the owner.
