How do I remove an aquarium cloudy?

I just created a new brand of aquarium fish last weekend. This is a 10 gallon tank with all necessary equipment (filter, heating, lighting, bubble bar, air pump, rocks, plants and a Plecostomus. There is a small frog in water and 6 fish. The water is cloudy and I know what I'm doing wrong and how can I fix it.
