The necklace that I bought tonight is Hartz 3in1 Control Collar Tetrachlorvinphos and methoprene on it. I can not find a review for the neck and is read that Tetrachlorvinphos toxic, and could be harmful to the dog throughout his life.

Hartz collars are very dangerous to use. Too many dogs are sensitive to toxins.
