My dog is barking through his shock collar?

I have a jack russel who is perhaps the most defiant and stubborn dog I have ever seen. We have a shock fence to keep all of my 5 dogs in the backyard. That worked so well that we decided to try shock collars dog bark 2 more large, which is my border collie and jack russel. He has lately been barking through the neck and the neck is one of the 6 stage shock collars and know it's shocking to hell with him, but still sometimes barks and then he squels shoke quasar. Any way I wanted to know if anyone has this problem and how you think you can solve the problem? Have the neck of the best shots and have the batteries in what I found. Any ideas?

I think you should learn to control their dogs through training, care and exercise. Not only convert a pack of stray dogs in the backyard. Maybe I should make the dog a favor and let him find a better home. Obviously they have no sympathy for these "defiant and stubborn dog. A fence and a shock collar shock are two different things. Such you should try it at yourself and see how it feels? Shock collars can be dangerous and have been known to cause burns when the dogs are still with them in the crust.
