Do you have experience with Petsafe deluxe little dog bark collar?

I branch of this necklace Petco a week ago and it worked maybe three times I've been Petsafe .. contact for help, but not helping much. First, the neck was terrible, and thus cut the fabric and an attachment that fits my dog is much better and is the right fit for the position of the neck for proper contact. However, it still does not unload when he barks. The battery is good. I read a lot Comments, but most are negative about the plastic collar that does not fit, so the neck itself does not work, but I have addressed this issue and still have problems. Do you have any experience with it?

In my experience in any type of bark collar is a waste of money because no work. really disagree with the punches, but tend to buy the work that makes a sound of warning in the first place that the dog here, but you do not, then download if the barking continues. You have to make sure the contact area is shaved so Hasd good contact. I agree with a water bottle or a can full of stones works much better than any other collar.
