Where can I get a bulb or lamp light of the moon in my aquarium?
I have a Black Ghost knife fish and read a clear moon help the fish to be more active. Either that or a red filter. Not me. Help please.
The black ghost knife is a nocturnal animal, so when people try to explain, "Moonlight", which try to explain that this fish is shy in bright light. The filter is placed in red because red is the lowest energy wavelength light and not damage the eyes as night. The black ghost knife is very active at night and in low light, so you do not need to buy special bulbs, simply disable one already possesses. The alternative to not having the lighting is that even the lighting in the aquarium and create many of the plants, shadows and the caves. Thus, the knife has black dark places to block the light and plants can feel ease.
